Commercial use is included

Short version: make and sell your art. Just don't share or resell the brushes.
Every brush pack on this site comes with one license that covers personal and commercial work. There is no upgrade, no tier, and no separate commercial price. If you bought a pack, you can sell what you make with it.
What you can do
- Client and freelance work
- Prints, merchandise and apparel
- Books, comics and publishing
- Logos, branding and packaging
- Social content, ads and editorial
- Tattoo flash and designs
- Game art, film and TV
No limit on how many pieces you sell, and no limit on what you charge. You don't need to credit Ink Gang Boss, though it's always appreciated.
The one thing you can't do
Don't share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the brushes themselves, modified or not. That means no passing the files to a friend, no bundling them into a pack you sell, and no uploading them anywhere.
The artwork you make is yours. The brushes stay yours alone.
Questions
- Do I need a different license for client work? No. Client work is covered by the license you already have.
- Does the free SketchBox pack have the same license? Yes. SketchBox is free and raises money for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and it carries the same license as the paid packs.
- I bought a pack years ago. Which license applies? This one. These terms apply to every pack, past and present, on every store.
- Where do I find the license inside the pack? Every pack includes it as a text file alongside the brushes and the guide.
